Thanks for looking into this. It would be great if the datafiles listing could be updated with a list of required Windows fonts and their version. And being able to put the files in a folder inside the game archive. Detection of Windows fonts has been fixed, try the next daily build. You can alread...

Re: Qsound

Awesome! It's so great to play these two classics again! One minor question: the original games had some kind of 3D audio system called Qsound - the source code comments indicate that this doesn't work yet, but are there plans to implement it one day? It's been so long since I played the original g...

Will the DVD version movies ever be fully supported?
Once we get a working AC3 decoder, certainly.

Great news for supporting yet more titles! Before I try to dig it out, is the DVD version of Grand Inquisitor supported? Yes, it is, although the hires MPEG2 videos aren't supported, only the lowres AVI videos are supported Edit: In particular, the MPEG2 videos themselves are supported, but the AC3...

In case of Zork adventure, break glass!

ScummVM takes you on an adventure in the world of Zork, with support for two new games! In Zork Nemesis: The Forbidden Lands, your task is to embark on a journey to solve the mystery of a spirit called Nemesis, and of the four alchemists it killed. On your second journey to Zork, in Zork: Grand Inqu...

a.borque: Slow is not quite the right English word here. As far as I know based on his statements here, only sirlemonhead has got a copy of the original sources from the developer / rightsholder and he doesn't appear to have permission to share those with the rest of the team or a random GSoC stude...

Hello! As there seems to be a (slow?) access to the source code but none of the active developers is in touch with the project (correct me if I am wrong), may I propose adding the lost-files-games to ScummVM for the next Google Summer of codes if ScummVM participates again? I mean there have been s...

Not much progress on SCI32 lately.

SQ6 is SCI2.1, an earlier version of SCI32. LSL7 is SCI3, and has even more differences and a different VM that uses 32-bit addressing, which isn't supported yet.

So... no news yet, nobody has had any time to work on it.

Touche does some odd and very complext things internally with mouse within the main function... But may be you should make something NOT in this game's engine, but in Android port globally? Is it possible at all in any other games (in android scummvm port) to hold right mouse button and move cursor...

Well, we do care, but nobody found a way to fix this particular behavior.

We'll just need a developer who likes the game and can dedicate some of his/her free time for it, and also has an Android device to test it on. If such a person is found, then yes, Spongebob above can sleep peacefully.

I'm just trying out this very game. The VGA version - I'd like to try both and I really enjoy good EGA graphics, I seriously think they look much better than for example 3D graphics. And the problem is I can't even undeestand how to use the copy protection. I have the game's manual on my screen, bu...

To answer your questions: - There is a program counter / instruction pointer for each script. In each cycle, this counter is updated accordingly, so the engine knows the current instruction, as well as the state of the currently running script (i.e. its local and any global variables, shared among a...
