dxa encoder can be found in the scummvm tools (i believe it takes a series of png files as input). whether there is any such thing as a dxa codec (for a movie player, i assume you mean?); i believe not.

Discworld isn't supported by ScummVM. You could try Dosbox, which I believe works:
