Re: The Dig & tomb spire
Well 0.8.2 is the latest release, so try it with this first and then report back.grasp wrote: Is there something else I should do or is this a bug in ScummVm ( 0.8.0 ) ?
More info on your OS and version of the game that you're using may also help.

Re: Feeble Files - Pirated copy?
Thanks a lot Now i have to find someone able to uninstall it There are other tools to extract files from CABs. I'm sure sev has given a link before but for the life of me I can't remember it. Looking at Google, there's a UNiX program called cabextract , it seems to run on lots of OS, so try this.

Re: Compiling ScummVM - OS X.
My compiles run fine until they hit libmpeg2. I can't seem to find a way to install this via Fink. Any suggestions? Thanks. Strange, I have it set-up fine on my iBook using Fink. Are you trying to install the correct library? I know there are a few MPEG-2 things listed on Fink, on my 10.3 system it...

Re: Grim X
Hi there, after I got my hands on a retail copy of Grim Fandango today I compiled a recent version of Residual for Mac OS X and wrote a GUI-Wrapper for it. You might want to have a look at it at GrimX . The app is (of course) free and comes with the source code so if you're into Cocoa, feel free to...

Re: Broken Sword 1 on OSX - Crash after Intro Video
Have a look at the console to see if any debug or error messages appear (Console is in /Applications/Utilities and click on console.log).whoooaaahhhh wrote:My problem is exactly what the header says. Right after the title Broken Sword 1 crashes. Any thoughts?

Yeah, this is awesome. I've just found a cheap copy of Grim Fandango in my local game store and it works fine on my iBook G3 (so far!). I need to read the manual to see what I'm supposed to do though. One thing that surprised me is it isn't a point and click game, for some reason I was expecting it ...

Re: Broken Sword: Cat bug in Syria (and possibly some others
I then found the following bugs and glitches: http://www.justadventure.com/Walkthroughs/BrokenSwordTemplars/Broken%20Sword%20Shadow%20of%20the%20Templars%20Walkthrough.htm This bug list or whatever it is (I haven't bothered to read most of it) is for the Gameboy Advance version of the game and ISTR...

Yes, a funny entry for the Games section especially when it won the Multimedia section as well. I was quite surprised to see the other projects I voted for did quite well ... well runner up in most cases.Raziel wrote:Disqualify them, disqualify...
