Hello,

I'm not sure, if this MD5 is calculated over the whole files. Somewhere in the old forums was mentioned, that the MD5s are only calculated from the first MB of some files. I'm not sure, which files are used and which part of the files are used for the MD5s in ScummVM.

Hello,

sure, the data files are not corrupt? Maybe you should copy them again to your mobile device or storage card.

Also you could try to play them with another version of ScummVM, maybe Win32, Linux or MacOS in order to verify the files are ok.

Hello,

which OS do you use? Linux? Maybe the filenames are case sensitive. I'm not sure, if the name is correct if they are copied from CD. If I remember rigth, I had to rename them. I think, the whole file names to lower case.

Hello, which version of monkey island do you use (Amiga, DOS, CDROM ...) ? Maybe you are using a version which causes trouble with PocketPC (I'm not sure, if there is such a version). Maybe your data files are corrupt. Try to copy them again to your PDA or Storage card. Maybe you can try to run them...

Hello,

COMI.LA2 is stored on the second CD. Have a look in your original CD Case, I'm sure, you will find the second CD. :)

Hello, the speed of the storage medium makes also a big difference. I tested Monkey 3 on a slow MicroDrive and on a fast Sandisk Ultra II CF Card. With the sandisk card there are no problems, the Microdrive causes stuttering and async audio in the Cutscenes. I'm using an Axim X50v with ogg compresse...

Hello,

yes: try to read. This problem was mentioned in 25% of all topics (or even more) in this forum AND is described in the Readme of PocketScumm.

Try to double-tap on the top of the screen.

Hello, since I not at home I cant check it, but I think, the game content of BS and BS2 is split into sub directories like VIDEO, AUDIO and maybe RESOURCE (I'm not sure about the names). If I remember right, with 0.7.1 the "Game Search" feature of PocketScumm had a bug, which led to a wron...

Dear all,

maybe you can use 0.7.1 only for mapping the keys, since it has a Key Map dialog. Save the scummvm.ini and use it for 0.8.0 or copy the [pocketpc] Part to the original 0.8.0 ini.

Its an ugly workaround, but maybe its a way to use an appropriate Key Mapping.

Hello,

the "config file buggy" issue is often reported from various PDAs/Smartphnes for 0.7.1. Map your Keys with 0.7.1, save the ini File and use 0.8.0with it , this should work.

For the second problem my only idea is: Do you have a Backup? :(

Hello, if you start a Game where the right mouse button is required, PocketScumm shows a dialog which allows to map a button of your PDA for the "right mouse button" feature. I'm not sure, if FT belongs to this games, but AFAIK the right mouse button opens the inventory in FT. kind regards...

Hello,

Hmmm, the left mouse button in PocketScumm is tapping on the screen. In FT I think you should tap on the screen, hold it and move it to the menu button you want to use (use, speek, etc)

Hello, for BS2 Aspect Ration Correction is not applicable, since it uses 640x480 Pixels. ARC is for the 320x200 games in order to bring them to 320x240 (or 2x = 640x480 or 3x = 960x720). Using BS2 in Full Screen will fit perfectly as long you are not using a TFT with a native resolution of 1280x1024...
