Well keeping the lines the same length isn't true with scummtr as I have changed the length of a couple of lines for the MI1 Speech patch. But if its not supported by scummtr then I don't know. scummtr just lists Day of the Tentacle have you tried to extract the text from the talkie version? As I wo...

You just need to rip them and rename them starting with track1.mp3/ogg to track24.mp3/ogg. Don't change the order and place them in the same folder as the data files.

You could use scummtr to extract the english and spanish text and insert them into the other. There may be a bit more than that to do but it might work.

The upcoming release is 0.13.0. Currently, the daily build is from that branch. After the release, daily builds will be again directly from the trunk, like they're normally. Not quite right, in the case of Windows daily snapshots at least. The Windows daily snapshots were built from trunk again, as...

There's a version of wine for Mac:

That might work to run the installer to be able to get the data files.

You're both wrong. GK1 is one of the last SCI1.1 games. After that they made hi-res games in SCI32 and LSCI. There is no SCI2. Awesome news! Looking forward to seeing SCI development surge forward a little faster now! Sorry I don't know much about SCI, I got my info from here: http://en.wikipedia.o...

DOSBox emulates DOS environment, not SCI. It's a whole different ballgame. There is no point comparing interpreting SCI with RUNNING the actual program. SCUMMVM still needs to implement this interpreter. It's not really a whole different ball game, the aim is to run the games and running the origin...
