To summarize, just in case there's any confusion left: To use USB2 in ScummVM, you need: a) HBC >= v1.0.8 running under IOS58 b) a nightly build of ScummVM/Wii, the released v1.1.1 is limited to USB1, even with IOS58 The IOS HBC uses is chosen by the HackMii Installer, not by HBC itself. The install...

to everybody giving this a try: let me know how it works out. it seems there's still a problem and not every mass storage device can be mounted (at least with HBC)

Updated first post.
the most recent nightly builds support USB2 mass storage devices now. USB2 requires HBC v1.0.8, and HBC itself must use IOS58.

That sounds like it's a problem with 16bit cursors. I only have a few HE games, which ones are affected?

Thanks for understanding, floyd. We have similar problems with the latest HBC version. I suspect it's related to some HDD spinup time that doesn't get respected. The problem lies in the libraries we're using, so far no coders I know could reproduce - maybe because we don't have the need for huge sto...

No, not really. USB usage is absolutely no problem at all, I'm using a pendrive myself. But both ppl in this thread mentioned the wbfs filesystem, and its only purpose is for loading "backups" (yeah, right), because of the filesize limits of the FAT fs. But let me say it again: I don't car...

I don't care what you do with your Wii, but I would appreciate it if you keep that wbfs warez crap to yourself.
Thanks.

just a quick note:
now that we released a fresh installer that works on 4.3, there're some consequences for apps loaded via HBC 1.0.7.
keyboard support will probably not work at the moment. i'll fix this soon, give me a few days.

some do, sounds like yours doesn't.

if you're using component cables (480p), there's no advantage in 240p anyway. on interlaced CRTs (480i), the double strike modes is the only way to display a progressive picture.
