hello, 1) That's it. ps : a lot of linkers now have an auto DLDI paching, so you don't need to do anything (true on R4, CycloDS Evo, M3Simply, M3Real and more...) 2) M3 simply = R4DS. M3DS Real is not like a R4DS power consumption is exactly the same. M3Simply/R4DS works much much better than M3DS R...

Hi agentq, first, thanks for this great new release  I tried the new "CPU scaler" and I think there is a problem : (CPU scaler enabled) when I put the upper screen to "FIT" (with R + A), then swap screens with A (to play with the stylus in the "FIT" screen), the l...

Re: R4DS

Hi, all. I've just copied the SCUMMVM_DS files from the zip over to my brand new R4. I have Monkey 1, 2, BASS and FOTAQ in seperate directories, but when I try to run any of the three SCUMM applications, I get a message saying: DLDI... something or other. No file system! check readme.txt. Sorry to ...

Re: Goblins 3

I´ve tried saving with R4 and i´m able to save/load using default name for saved game. For example, the name for the saved game in the first stage (the flying ship) is "nave" in my language, if I change that name the game won´t be saved; I have to use the default name. Something i think i...

Hi, works great for me on M3Simply (everybody knows it's the same hardware as the R4DS). Patched or not, with latest firmware 1.06 (or even 1.10 R4DS patched to work on M3S), works nice You're talking about latest beta version ? the latest scummvmDS is 0.9.1 a Final, not beta...are you sure you're n...

No, monster.sou is not needed, games work great without it.

BTW you can compress monster.sou to MP3 (.so3) or Ogg (.sog) to save a lot of space, and playing a game with speech is much better ^_^

Hi, this card reader does NOT allow homebrew execution, it's only for playing multimedia files (video, music, ebook), and only in GBA mode, it can't boot in NDS mode. If you want a great linker, you should buy a real one ;) slot1: M3Simply R4DS slot2 (need a passme or a flashed nds): M3MiniSD (with ...

Hi,

you need at least ScummVM 0.9.1a (final or beta 1 to 3)

ps : DLDITool32 is better, as it says if anything's wrong (homebrew without DLDI support for example ;) )

ps² : don't hold L on that version ;)

Only the latest versions of ScummVMDS have DLDI...you're probably trying to patch an old version (0.9.1 beta6 for example)

DLDI comes with version 0.9.1a (beta or final)

Are you using the official DLDI file, or Moonlight's one ?

I have a CycloDS Lite (100% clone of the Supercard Lite...the only change is the sticker and the skin  ) and it works ONLY with Moonlight DLDI file....

You should try this

are you sure you choose the good audio format , especially the MONO setting ? I used Goldwave to convert my audio tracks, so i'm not sure if winamp can do it...will try with it. [EDIT] Tracks encoded under winamp, works great. I'm using "The Secret of Monkey Island (French/Dos/CD)" version.

You can use Winamp and follow this : launch Winamp Options > Preferences > Plugins > Output Choose "Nullsoft Disk Writer" Click "Configure" Check "Convert to format" Click "..." Format : IMA ADPCM Attributs : 22,050 kHz, 4 bit mono (10Kb/s) Close Winamp option...

Do NOT use Mp3 files with MI1...you need to recompress audio tracks in WAV ADPCM format, 22kHz, 4 bit, mono..
