The Dig: stuck (?)

Hello Not sure if this is a bug or not. Tried this with both ScummVM 0.8.0 and the latest CVS (24/12/05). While playing the Dig, I am stuck at the tomb spire, inside the tomb. After I light up the place, a statue appears which turns to dust when touched. After that, I am supposed to click on the bas...

That cleared things up, thanks :)

By the way, I've compressed the music of BS1 with the tool provided, however 1 music file was left out (6M13.wav). I'm not sure if this is intentional

Broken Sword 2: Confused about file placement

Hello I'm confused about how to place the files of Broken Sword 2 At first, I copied the cluster directories from both CDs, as well as the necessary files from the sword2 directory from CD1 (cd.bin, cd.inf, startup.inf), but ScummVM didn't find the game. I then placed all files in one directory and ...

There won't be any difference if you just copy the modified dll over the normal one. You'll have to tell it to use its enhanced functions. That's why you need to create the batch files (have a look at the readme file of the library)

OpenGL-HQ for SDL

Not sure if this has been posted in the old forums (can't remember now). Some people might find this useful as hardware scaling is much faster than software OpenGL-HQ is a video "driver" for SDL that uses your graphics hardware to scale the output to any size you want. It was originally wr...

That's strange, I've finished Sam'n'Max CD version with ScummVM 0.7.1 For this part, I remember that you let Max go to the toilet, go out, hear a flushing sound, Max comes out of the toilet and you talk to him to get the key. Maybe your monster.sou file is corrupted or there's a bug with ScummVM 0.8...

To be honest, I can't remember anymore. You could be right, Erik (although it's strange, because floppy disk versions usually had MIDI music).

Have a look at the other bugs in my post (I updated it), especially the one in level 10

Another bug I've noticed is that MIDI music is not played at all in the floppy disk version. Also, ScummVM crashes if esc is pressed to bypass the intro when the first sound sample starts to play (the guy on the bottom left drinking) Edit: one more bug: the cutscenes between the levels are bypassed ...
