I can try to enable that define to see if it works better. After some hours spent trying random things for a similar problem on Android, it turned out that the new FM-TOWNS code was broken on all ARM. It should work now with the fixes on the 1.3.1 branch without need for the define, although I only...

The problem is that the ScummVM 1.3 Android code now has 16-bit colour support, but using a 5551 bit-packing format. The SCUMM engine requires a 555 bit-packing format in 16-bit colour mode, and errors out otherwise, which does seem a bit silly since it will fall back to a 256 colour mode with a war...

Re: OpenGL support in scummvm-1.3.0
What do I need in order to build latest scummvm by myself with opengl support? configure doesn't detect it (while residual's one actually can), which libraries have I to install? OpenGL isn't supported yet due to various problems, so it was disabled in the scummvm-1.3.0 release. If that's your prob...

I'd like to see most of the later Living Books games supported, just because I would love to be able to play Arthur's Computer Adventure (best of the bunch) on my brand new PC without any troubles. Phft, the Rugrats Adventure Game is clearly the best of the bunch. :-) Arthur's Computer Adventure is...

EDIT: Also, I noticed that with every Living Books game I briefly tested, the title screen introductions and dances do not loop like they're supposed to. I tested the games outside of ScummVM, and the title animations do loop there, so I believe it's a bug relevant to ScummVM. Mm, this has been dri...

Am I just using different versions to you guys? All these games work fine for me in Windows 3.1 but they won't pass the game detection in ScummVM... Yes! Like we said in the news post, we don't have all the games to test with - for example, the ScummVM team has only seen the European version of Har...

So it should work fine if I just point to the directory with the contents of the disc on it? I guess you found the wiki page -- the known-working games are the V1/V2 ones. The Cat in the Hat is one of the newer (V3+) games which don't really work at all in ScummVM yet -- it has a lot of minigames e...

The game is only localized in English, German, French and Italian. That's not correct. The game was in fact sold and localized in Spanish. I can provide the md5 checksums, if you tell me which files you need. Well, the standard demo and full versions are only localized in those languages, and I've ...

anyone working on STTNG: A Final Unity?
I have the start of a scummvm engine (a few days of work) for the Star Trek game "A Final Unity"; it reads some of the location data, displays the backgrounds and the walkable area polygons, animates sprites, etc. Am fairly sure it won't get finished (the video playback and the space comba...
