Should I post a bug report? Otherwise a small note in the wiki compiling section may help others too. It needs to be updated anyway to include the new freetype dependancy.

I can't check the output of create_project right now, but it seems it's not disabling the edit and continue feature. ... Ah that helped. Here's how I fixed it: Go to project properties of tinsel -> C/C++ -> General and change the "Debug Information Format" from "Program Database for ...

That's because of cached files, try rebuilding ScummVM So here's what I did: - I opened create_project project, chose Release build and selected rebuild; All went well (including the install) - opened to the dists/msvc10 directory - Ran the create_msvc10.bat; No errors - deleted the Debug32 directo...

Even with a freshly build create_project.exe (and I ran the create_msvc10.bat file too) I still get these messages.

I am not quite sure if the debug build in msvc10 is a supported build. If not, ignore this message:) But when compiling I get lots of

error C2051: case expression not constant

in the tinsel engine and the build fails. The release build compiles fine though.

Re: scummVM-1.4.1-steam.zip--does anyone have this file?

On icanntspell's website (http://scummvm.bencastricum.nl/), he has an awesome patch meant to do what it takes to play the LucasArts Steam adventure games through ScummVM. This is a capability that very much interests me. The compiled binary version of the patch, scummVM-1.4.1-steam.zip, is a dead l...

How does this list relate to the compatibility chart and the Supported/Unsupported Category in the wiki? The "Freddi Fish One Stop Fun Shop" triggered this question by me. It's not a supported game, but it appears in the list mentioned above and in the unsupported category. But also Soltys...

You can see on the compatibilty page which games are supported. If the game is supported, the wiki may contain additional info on how to get the games running.

You could try to submit a bugreport? Not many devs have a copy of the FM Towns version of Zak McKracken so it may take a while.

What hope is there for me? To be blunt; none. This isn't the type of game ScummVM is for. You may have more luck looking for generic emulators. Well, thank you for you honesty. But what generic emulators should I look for? And where might I find these? Can you be more specific? Thanks! Have you tri...

Try google with "creating android apk files", there seem plenty of howtos on it. Installing binary files shouldn't be much of a problem. The trick is letting it depend on a ScummVM package and plugin. And I assume you also want the scummvm.ini file automaticly updated with it. I have no ex...
