I've been thinking about rewriting a game engine (Whether it's for scummvm or outside scummvm). So I've come to the conclusion in my head, why start something that someone else is already doing? So if their is an engine that has stalled or someone doesn't have time, I'm more then willing to help, or...

You shouldn't need to extract it, but it uses arj format and extractor is available at http://arj.sourceforge.net. For windows peoples it can be extracted using IZArc
