Whoa - that's wierd. The filename was spelt incorrectly, so the server seemed to be returning a file with a similar name! That's why I didn't notice the problem when I posted the file.
Fixed now - but I suppose that means that this release has had zero testing. Not the best situation.

Hi, It's coming up to release time again for the whole ScummVM team, which means new versions of your favourite software, including ScummVM DS. Please download the new beta version here, and let me know how it goes. Please post your experiences with the new version here, good or bad. This release co...

As I think I've mentioned before, getting games working with extra RAM support is a very complex process and needs to be tailored for each game supported. I wanted to get Full Throttle and The Dig working mainly because I love those games, but I'm not realistically going to be able to do any more. J...

Actually, I don't really mind how you contact me. I have email notifications turned on for PMs so I would see those, email is also good, but the forum is better for me because the messages stick around. Before I new release I do check recent posts on the forums to see if I've solved all the major is...

Hmm. Well, it's difficult for me to offer any advice on this withough investigating it myself, but it sounds like a genuine bug in ScummVM. I will have to investigate this in due course. Unfortunately I don't have the game you mention so I can't really look into it right now. For now, you should pro...

Hi, This kit sounds like a really powerful bit of hardware, and it would probably run ScummVM very well. Unfortunately it's more like a separate console on a cartridge than a DS add on, and therefore the effort needed to get ScummVM DS running on it would be as much as porting to an entirely new con...

I'm sorry, I don't have Goblins 3 CD so you'ree probably trying something that hasn't been tested before. I assume the music plays ok before the crash? If not, I would suspect something has gone wrong with the music conversion. If you press Y during the game, are any error messages reported on the c...

I'm not so worried about build J right now, it's not part of this new release. As far as the black lines go, they've been there forever and show up in every game to some extent. I've got to sort that out at some point, but I couldn't find a way to get rid of them that didn't hurt performance. Anyway...

Looks like the choice for those wanting to play ScummVM on the DSi is the Acekard 2i with AKAIO software. At least, that's what they say here: http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=7172 Unfortunately the link to AKAIO on that thread is dead. EDIT: ...but it looks like it's available for download...

The DSi should be functionally identical to the DS for ScummVM, so if it doesn't work it's probably the fault of the flash card reader or it's firmware. I don't have any DSi compatible flash card readers and without that I can't debug this, but if anyone's willing to donate, I will buy one and attem...
