Re: What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

True, but then you have each debug version next to a stable version, which looks like it's meant for comparison.

Re: What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

I see the logic. In that case maybe you should write there "stable yet not official/fully tested/fully maintained", etc.

What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

https://buildbot.scummvm.org/builds.html is supposed to be a page of nightly buids. Alas, it contains 2 links for each OS: "Download latest development build" and "Download latest stable build". Is the "stable build" supposed to be identical to https://www.scummvm.org/d...

Re: SCUMMVM for Windows 64 bit

I know it's an old thread but I have to wonder - while there's no Windows 64-bit version in https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/ there is one at the very bottom of https://buildbot.scummvm.org/builds.html ("Download latest stable build").

How is this possible?

Re: Quest for Glory, with a bit of Hoyle games!

That's awesome news!

How come https://www.scummvm.org/compatibility/ ("This is the compatibility of the current development version") still lists all of these games as "Broken"?
Shouldn't they be changed to "Untested" now?

ScummVM v2.0.0 is out and QFG4 is now officially about the only unsupported SCI game, and specifically the only unsupported SCI2 game. Actually, even SCI3 games are supported now. What's so unique about QFG4's engine?

Using this as a general wiki thread, http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Leisure_Suit_Larry_6 describes the plot of Larry 7, not 6 (which your daily started supporting). Can you please fix that?

Exiting full screen mode moves other applications

Whenever I exit full screen mode, all other applications in my XP SP3 system are moved to the bottom right. I then have to move them back to the center one by one.

It takes the fun out of full screen mode.

If I use the game's Windows version under Windows OS, what's stopping me from just running SCIWV.EXE directly? Is your version better?

Also, when you say "Sierra removed it", do you mean to say "and therefore we removed it too"?

Space Quest IV DOS vs. Space Quest IV Windows

ScummVM lets me choose both (CD/English edition), so which one should I play?

ScummVM removed copy protection in both versions of this game, so that's not a factor.

If this forum is not about Sierra, why does it currently only have topics about Sierra? Why don't you move them away if they don't belong here?

What is this forum about? Its title is "Fangame Creation" but it currently only has 2 topics and they are about totally unrelated issues. Those topics are technical questions about official games.
