One last post for now. Champion of the Raj is listed under the Level 9 engine games.... however it is far from a text adventure. It is an action\strategy title. It isn't going to be supported, is it?

Re: You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike
A second question. I was looking at some of the other engines, and came across the Archetype games. Two of the games are listed at the authors github. https://github.com/gitosaurus/archetype/tree/master/archetype/games One is "Guess the Animal" and the other is "Bare bones adventure&q...

Re: You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike
I'm going through trying to detect my various games. I'll post any errors below.
AdvSys:

Re: You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike
It seems several of my magnetic scrolls games have files that don't match the format. Only "The pawn" seems to work for me. Using Jinxter as an example, I have: DISK1.PIX DISK2.PIX DOJINX.EXE JINX0 JINX1 JINX2 JINX3 JINX4 JINX5 JINX6 JINXTER.BAT README.1ST My readme states: dojinx options:...

Re: You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike
No luck detecting any of my magnetic scrolls games.
edit: I take that back. The Pawn did detect and load. It then states it is unable to open graphics file.

Re: Pixel Perfect support conflicting with fullscreen from command line
Thank you for the information.
Would it be out of the question to ask for something to specify the scale factor on the command line?
Something that specified pixel perfect mode & 2x or 3x for example?

Pixel Perfect support conflicting with fullscreen from command line
The issue is that I cant have "-g" option and the PP option in the command line at the same time. By themselves they work fine, -g will increase window size and --stretch-mode=pixel-perfect will implement PP in Fullscreen, however when used together the -g mode causes some sort of conflict...

Re: The Prince and the Coward goes supported
The game in 'The Prince and the Coward (German, CD Windows)\' seems to be an unknown game variant. Please report the following data to the ScummVM team at https://bugs.scummvm.org/ along with the name of the game you tried to add and its version, language, etc.: Matched game IDs for the The Prince a...

Re: King's Quest VI: CD DOS Version
It seems odd to be that it would default to doing this.
Turning off the high res engine flag does cause it to use the SEQ files.
The question becomes, how do you play the game via command line with this option off? It appears to default to on.

Also worth noting the actual icons across the top are all the win version, even when playing the detected "dos" version.

King's Quest VI: CD DOS Version
For the life of me I can't get ScummVM to properly play the DOS version from the hybrid CD-rom. When I go to add a game from the folder, it detects both the DOS and Windows versions. However, when I start the DOS version it attempts to play HDLOGO.AVI, which is the windows version logo. The DOS vers...

Re: Step back in time and visit Versailles at the court of Louis XIV
I tried to test this one today, however scummvm reports it as an unknown French version... however it is English. I have the win/dos hybrid version. I followed the data file page and tried a few different copy methods. In all situations however I added the cryomni3d.dat file, a DATAS_V folder w/ bot...
