There are two options either "fit in" (equal to your "crop") or "fill out" (equal to your "fit"). From their description of the options it sounds as they don't do any special cutting to remove the white. You get the poster in the size you ordered and will have...

So I finally got the DOTT SW poster printed after customizing it to be 50x70 as the store I found doesn't do 60x80. Thanks to Laserschwert for providing me with the logo separatly as well to make it look even better. I put the customized version here (it's actually 50.5x70.5 as that's what they prin...

To those who got posters printed, did you choose glossy paper or not? I'm not sure which is better since it's going to be framed.

I have to mention that the FOA-poster was the only one I DIDN'T make... it was a scan that was provided on the Vintagegaming-forums. I did color correct it a bit, but I don't think I've matched the original poster exactly. Oh, well I've never seen the original poster and I sure think the colors loo...

if anyone is interested then this is where I have got to so far. http://rapidshare.com/files/93457770/FatePoster1.zip.html obviously the light rays still need lots of work but I'd appreciate any feedback, faults or parts that look crap. Thanks :) It looks pretty good I think, though I like the colo...

I haven't painted in many starts, since I knew I would add a logo to that area.

HERE it is at full-res.
Yeah, exactly like that! Thanks a lot, you're really awesome!

That's really nice! Though I was thinking of one like the original which would have a lot of sky and stars instead of a logo (don't read this as a request, that's just what I was thinking off). But that second one is pretty damn cool!

A little update (and a little bigger right HERE ): http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/b9e304fa6c.jpg But there's some tinkering left until it's perfect. Wow, that looks really amazing! Any chance there will be a logo less version when it's done? I think that would look really nice (the curren...

Clean version of MM (from the Classic Adventures Manual (MM section)), but black and white and not that good quality, but it might help: http://members.fortunecity.com/harang/ca1.jpg (or just use http://members.fortunecity.com/harang/classicmm.html and it should work without having to copy/paste the...

I've found another fairly decent loom image http://bilder.tentakelvilla.de/specials/schachtelfriedhof/loom-pc.jpg Found a custom cover for Loom that seems to use exactly that one, but it's higher resolution. I'm not sure if it's good enough though. Could be resized for all I know, but it looks clea...

Since I really wanted to learn Inkscape and I want to have a DOTT poster in landscape format (or whatever you call it) I've put this together. Though I still need to remove the shades from the characters as I want it too look more like the cover art. Not sure there is any interest in this, but I fel...
