Well we already have an option to compile in the ogg library, but since memory is something we dont have a lot of, adding 100Kb or more of extra data, was n't really the option . But we are making buildscripts to allow more different kinds of releases to be made at touch of a script. Also OGG will r...

Well you USE the scucmmtools which in turn will call lame to encode the sound. you will end up with a monster.so3 file which you can use.
So extract monster.sou and you will get all the default options

Well you can't find a version with with Broken Sword 1 or 2 in it. Neither is there any support, so you have to update/create all the project files, and I am not even certain that it will compile using the Symbian ARM compiler. I will release the SDL port very shortly so you can try to built it by y...

That game has not been compiled for Symbian OS yet. 2 reasons. 1. Requires more memory and cpu power than is normally available on the current Symbian Devices. 3. Screen resolution of this game is 640x480 so not sure in what kind of usable state it would be in. Also the performance due to the downsc...

We can make version without Scumm in ScummVM.. then some of thegames (like Simon, Queen and Gob) only become only around 1mb to load. The smallest Scumm can be is 1.7 mb.. alittle bit smaller with out 7&8 support and no HE games.. say 1.5-1.5 mb..

Well the released s90 was intial work for screen stretching. but actually 1,5 looks awful without interpolation. x2 with small interpolation in x looks ok. Click must be better mapped.. I am thinking about adding a onscreen keyboard as on UIQ.. Good thing its working nicely. I think it can be perfor...

Strange.. because ScummVM is using internal mixing for the volume, i.e you should be able to turn down the internal master volume which in turn should affect the mixing. The only it does not affect is mp3, which has n't got a setting for audio volume. And on a 6680, you can quite abit on the way wit...

Ogg is not in the release build, as I opted for a MP3 version only to save memory. But MP3 should be ok though

Yes thats true, that used my NON-SDL sound backend together with a stereo->mono conversion written by Matan. Less overhead than the normal SDL implementation. But not a lot actually. So its strange. But I have found acouple of issues which can fix some of the panics at least.

Well.. I can reduce the build.. to only include scummvm game

And not include sky, simon.. also I can disable HE games, and remove some libraries etc.. But still it will be a very tight fit. How much memory do you have over?

The risk is that your 3650 has to little available memory to

be able start ScummVM. The exe for the application alone is 2.5 mb + extra allocation for screen memory etc. You would need at least 6-7 mb free internal memory to be able to start ScummVM

About zip support

There is zip support in the save states, but as for zip support in the datafiles I think they usualy are quite compressed already, and you can always compress the sound with mp3.
