That's quite impressive. Its a shame that I can't find a function to load my own games from my computer though, so I can only play demos.

wow... I was directed here by a Dreamcast community because they said to check here... didnt think it would be THIS full of trolls... I'm really sorry if I offended you, that wasn't my intention at all. I just don't feel that this is well suited to ScummVM. As CaptainJei said, I don't think ...

Seems to me a better choice would be to port LibreOffice to Dreamcast then. I assume it can play those interactive PowerPoint thingies. I'd agree with you, assuming LibreOffice does support the required features, that would be much more suited to playing these than ScummVM would. This doesn't reall...

I for one still have no clue what exactly you're talking about. I think what they are referring to is things like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKD4VCrwGmM Therefore what I believe mtonline wants is a way for ScummVM to support interactive PowerPoint presentations so people can use PowerPoin...

I saw this news yesterday and was wondering if it meant it was more or less likely that Ron Gilbert will be able to get the rights to Monkey Island back.

Could you please test if manny is hidden by the pipe in his office? If it does not work correctly then a part of manny's head is invisible (in the shape of an upside-down pipe) and manny is drawn in front of the pipe. Manny seems to flicker in front of and behind the pipe. On the other hand, the z-...

With the latest update Manny has turned almost completely white due to the brightness of the lighting and the frame rate has dropped from around 35-37fps to 2-5fps. Is it better with this apk? https://www.dropbox.com/s/chfzygz19rqixcy/residualvm.apk That's much better! :) The lighting looks almost ...

The virtual keys seem to register more than one event per touch. Very noticable when selecting conversation as it jumps two lines per tap most times. The keys also get stuck sometimes, so that they light up and stay lit even if I'm not touching the tablet at all. Also, how do I get Manny to run? Wh...

This guide I wrote on the ScummVM forums might help: http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=8012 Adding a game to ScummVM is identical to adding one to ResidualVM. The only difference is that you will have to go here: http://wiki.residualvm.org/index.php?title=Datafiles For the list of files you ...

Re: saving?

Hi all, First of all, i really appreciate Botje's work on this. On my xperia PRO (iyokan) CM10 the game is very fluent, 35fps with only the occasional drop. However, whenever I try to save, it crashes! Savepath is set to an existing writable folder on my SD-card. Any solutions to this? The game is ...

A couple more graphical bugs on my Xperia Arc S: -When Glottis comes out of his shack the animation of him doing so occurs at the bottom left of the screen. -When browsing though the inventory the cards have a black square background around their image. (Not sure about other items) Also, I still can...

1. Xperia Arc S 2. Grim Fandango - 35-37FPS during game play, 57 during cut scenes. 3. It seems smooth to me. 4. Textures are all messed up (part of Manny's mouth on the left hand side of his head along with a bit of one eye, and no mouth at the front.) All the buttons are just grey squares, not sur...

Re: Another newbie question

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Looking on that link it says I need the SCUMM engine. It doesn't say where you get it from though or how you install it. I've spent days searching round trying to find out and keep drawing a blank. I would have preferred if someone else replied to this (maybe someone ...
