Thanks. In which folder? So that I don't confuse the OS ;) While I don't have an iPad it should be the same there, so you can upload it anywhere you want, just remember where you uploaded it :). And after you did the dpkg -i thing (it installs automatically into the correct location) you can actual...

You can't expect any help for being able to pirate games but not able to read readme files.
That's forum rule #0 for you http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=17

Re: Broken Sword 1 and 2
As for the iPod Touch, I have no idea; I've never even seen one. The games use 640x480 pixels, which I guess could be more than it can handle. I have a first generation iPod touch (the slowest one) and even that handles it fine. The 1st gen iPod touch basically is a 2g iPhone without phone and came...

Seems a bit strange that the CD has both versions, as the Windows version was the only one released on a CD if I recall. Anyway, the Windows version was the talkie one, so if you want voices then that is the one to use. No, both Dos and Windows version exist as Talkie CD (at leat the German version...

Ahhh you skipped the wonders of the DOS prompt then :) cd/simon :D Ah, yeah, I tried running it on my 386SX 16 Mhz (upgraded to whopping 4 MB of Ram from the initial 512kb). My dad bought a new, doublespeed CD Rom drive and a sound card and Simon the Sorcerer was supposed to be our first CD Rom Tal...

While not (yet) fully supported by ScummVM, I still wanted to let you know, that "Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers" is now available on gog.com for $5.99. Best buy it via the "Buy Supported Games" Link at the top so you help ScummVM too

Don't forget that GOG.com has a holiday sale going on as well. May be a better alternative to those real anti-DRMers. http://www.gog.com/en/page/xmas09 True. Unfortunately I already have most of the adventure games on sale there... some of those I even bought on gog.com when they were not on sale...

Lands of Lore
Is there a possibility you could compile a version of the Kyrandia version with Lands of Lore enabled? I would really love that!

Re: BASS: remastered
It uses a modified version of ScummVM? I looked at the files yesterday and couldnt find any ones I recognised from the PC version. This led me to believe that it was probably completely seperate from ScummVM. The .h and .cpp files in the "sky" subdirectory all even have the ScummVM copyri...

Are you sure you BOUGHT the game?
Are you sure you bought the game? Afaik neither Steam nor Direct2Drive (the two download services I know that sell the game) use RARs for the game.
So, if you didn't buy the game, please look at Forum Rule #0 and don't bother the people here with a pirated game.
Thank you very much!

Infos about the upcoming re-release of Beneath a Steel Sky Remastered for iPhone (and possibly other platforms): http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/beneath-a-steel-sky-remastered-preview They even mention ScummVM in the article, it's quiet a good read, and while I've played the freewared game, I will...
