ScummVMx v0.8.0 WIP 20051204 is a great app for the xbox. The new version was just released yesterday actually. The 0.6.0 version wasn't very playable as the images would get cut off. Since the 0.7.1 release a few months ago a resize option was added. You can goto http://www.xbins.org/ and read the...

I threw this together today to give you an idea of how some of the re-made tracks might turn out: http://www.logic.turntablism.info/mp3/bass1.mp3 Keep in mind I haven't spent much time on it, and I'm also often able to make use of live instruments (such as violin and vocals) so that will definitely...

Re: Selling games working with ScummVM

Could I create a dvd containing several games supported by ScummVM to SELL it? How could I know if I can include a game without having legal problems? Thanks Hmmm, I would hazard a guess and say NO for most games supported by ScummVM. I think the only ones that you could possibly put on a disc to s...

Understood. Then the question is still, why doesn´t my Mac mount em both? I will try it later on another mac at which an externel Firewire-DVD-Drive is connected and will tell you the result. Nagra I had this problem before but I don't know how to fix it. We have an external CD writer attached to a...

I think what he means is that you should get two icons on your desktop - one that leads to the audio tracks and one that leads to the data track - of course I'm only guessing, I want one but I hear it's a bad time to buy a Mac Yeah, that's right. One physical CD but the Mac mounts 2 volumes on the ...

Re: MI 1 CD-Version won´t run on a MAC

The Mac only detects an Audio-CD! In the finder I can only see Audio-Tracks from Nr. 2 to Nr. 25. And that´s all. No more files are shown. In order of that, SCUMMVM cannot find a game. I think the game part on the CD must be invisible for the Mac OS. Can somebody help? Well the Monkey Madness editi...

i downloaded about 10% and it finished. Now i have a corrpted zip i cant open. I've just emailed the fixed version. Maybe the v0.8.0a available from the main ScummVM website should be rebuilt with this fix in place. I still don't understand why people are having issues with downloading the new fixe...

Re: Gamecube

Will scummVm ever be ported to gamecube? I would be interested in trying to get a version up and running on the Gamecube but DON'T get too excited!!! My coding skills are pretty crap and I'm yet to get a Linux system booting on my beloved Cube. I don't know if it's possible but I would guess a vers...

does anyone at all have sound on MI one and two on the psp then? I don't have a PSP but I think MI 1 has hardly any sounds at all, I think it's mainly doors opening and stuff like that. The main music / sound in MI 1 is from the CD music tracks (on the Monkey Madness version). I'm not sure what sou...

Re: Problems with Monkey 3

Cann anybody help? I probably can't help but it might help everyone if we knew which system you're running ScummVM on. Have you tried deleting your preferences and redetecting the games? Have you tried copying over the data files again from the original CD's? Do the MD5 numbers match with the ones ...

did it take you 1 hour and 45 minutes to download the fix? Everytime I try to download it (even at my school which has a T3 connection) it starts off well, tells me that it will take more than an hour to download and then it times out. Is there somewhere else i can download it from? I've just manag...

Jimbob, you ought to know by now that you should always put a space after a link in web boards, since punctuation ends up being taken in the link... Hey! I didn't even know it was going to become a hyperlink. I'm more of a lurker than a poster and hence my lack of knowledge of how these 'posh' foru...

Yeah, I agree. It looks more professional than the older design IMHO. My favourite thing about it (of the things that I've noticed so far) is the random game characters displayed in the top right corner ... another nice touch!
