I can't make the workaround work... If I run the game from a shortcut it the 'pop up keyboard' icon is still lurking there. No amount of jiggling the 'hide' button (to make the PocketScumm bar pop up and down etc) can make it go away. Just to be clear, I'm talking about the WinCE on screen keyboard ...

On screen keyboard problems
Hi, I'm using an MDA Vario II - that's a 240x320 native portrait device. When playing "The Secret of Monkey Island" (and possibly other games - haven't checked), if I click on the right hand side of the "inverse landscape" screen, I can see the onscreen keyboard pop up. I suspect...

Hi, I don't develop using eVc by choice - it's what tends to be forced on me when developing for WinCE devices. I've used all manner of tools (including free and commercial ones, both good, bad and truly dreadful), but ultimately as long as I have a C compiler and an assembler that accepts standard ...

Experiences building from source
Hi all, I've just got a Windows Mobile 5 device (an MDA Vario II) and tried Scummvm on it - it works much better than I'd dared hope, and I'm busily converting all the games I've owned for years into forms that work with it. When I tried 'Curse of Monkey Island' I noted that it wouldn't rotate the s...
