It's not garbage, you're getting the compiled script file.

The easiest thing to do would be to use the SV (Sierra Viewer) tool. You can get it here:

Hello, sorry... at least some details I can give you. I used a 32Bit Build of ScummVM - I did use a "handmade" MinGW build. I used a GIT Snapshot from February the 3rd at 8pm (CET). I did not post a Bug Report as I was not able to reproduce the issue. I would take another go using the cur...

It's Alt-V (only usable on normal screens, not during animated sequences)

The labyrinth must be destroyed!

While aboard the subway, your train car is sucked into an alternate dimension, a labyrinth that spans the space-time continuum. Its creator, Daedalus, is forced to oversee its construction by the evil King Minos, who wants to use it to invade and conquer all times and places. Daedalus pleads for the...

Support for SCI32 games is disabled in stable versions, as that's still a work in progress. Some recent changes to the SCI engine would break if SCI32 support was not enabled. ok, understood, thank you :) is SCI32 responsible for space quest 6, kings quest 7, phantasmagoria and the like? All Sierra...

Regarding the issue with the other characters: that is how the original behaved. Characters would block exits quite often. So, unfortunately that's not a bug. Theoretically, we could allow the hero to walk past other characters, but that could lead to other issues. I'm not sure about the issue with ...

Good question Support for Cygwin was dropped 6 years ago (in 2009), in this commit: https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/commit/5ef85a20ed3cf419f527ab064853da3ce4c12035 The rationale was that the -mno-cygwin switch has been removed, so the resulting executables will need the cygwin DLL to work. If the...

And after about two months, I finally found some time to work on this. The munt SHA1 hash check has been integrated into ScummVM's codebase - now, it should correctly set the needed flags for CM-32L emulation. I tried DOTT, and the bird chirping sound works correctly now. Try it with a daily build o...
