The SCUMM engine of ScummVM gets the md5 checksum of the first 1,048,576 bytes of a filename. The SAGA and Simon engines of ScummVM only get the md5 checksum of the firsy 5,000 bytes of a filename. I added the updated details to ScummVM and corrected your name as requested. The Dig demo was already ...

Feeble Files and Simon the Sorcerer 1/2 md5 details required
We currently require the md5 details for: Any other rare language versions, which ScummVM still doesn't recognise. If you have any of the above versions, could you please try the current ScummVM snapshot and post the details reported by ScummVM. Original versions only, no cracked or modified versions.

There was a recent regression in Kanji support for FOA & MI2, due to changes made to string code of SCUMM engine. Kanji support works in the FM TOWNS demo of Indiana Jones 4 and the Fate of Atlantis again now, try the next ScummVM snapshot.joachimeberhard wrote:I just tested, the demo also crashes with kanji-fonts.

The problem was due to an earlier version of SDL that broke Windows 95 support, which was included with ScummVM 0.7.1. Update to ScummVM 0.8.0 to solve the problem. Or if you must stick with ScummVM 0.7.1, download the updated SDL runtime from http://www.libsdl.org/release/SDL-1.2.9-win32.zip and ex...

One game that I would love to see supported is Igor: Objective Uikokahonia, the first game by Pendulo Studios, since it's a pain in the ass to get the first edition to work fine. There was a latter Windows edition, though. Anyway, I understand this to be hardly feasible, as the game is not very com...

The Feeble Files is a recent addition to ScummVM and there has not been much progress so far. The game will be at least partially playable with ScummVM in the future though. Much of the original source code of the Feeble Files is still in assembler, so doesn't offer detailed information about the la...

Re: Possible to record cutscene sequences?
Hey fellas, just stumbled on the SCUMMVM project, and I have to say, beautiful work! I'm trying to show my younger brother, who lives out of state, what he will be missing if he passes up the opportunity to play this great game, and I'm hesitant to just send him my one and only (10 year-old) copy o...

There was no official Macintosh snapshot of ScummVM provided for testing, but if you had checked the forums you would have noticed someone provided a Macintosh snapshot of ScummVM just before testing started. Specifically at http://forums.scummvm.org/archives.php?thread=1364367
