Hey guys, Here's a suggestion. First, look into the directory you've copied pocketscumm. Look for the file scummvm.ini. If you do have it, make a backup copy of it (just in case). Edit the file, and look for the smartphone section: [smartphone] action_mapping=0111 0112 0114 0113 011a...

That's good Frank. I didn't expect to see it run in WM5 devices.

PS. Check your PMs Frank.

Hey guys, First of all, you can double-tap near the top of the screen to show/hide the main panel bar. You can also you try out my build : scummvm_PPC2002_2006_01_08.zip . Double tapping now rotates through main panel/keyboard/hidden modes. Also I've added an icon in the main panel which allows key ...

Hmm, not enough room in the menu bar... I'll get on it. I'm debugging with gobliiins, so I suppose if I try MI1, it should behave as you describe. Thanks Frank. [EDIT] Yeah, it was one of those hardcoded values I couldn't figure out. Well, I updated the zip in the link above. Furthermore, I managed ...

Hi All, Good news! Download scummvm_PPC2002_2006_01_08.zip and you'll get the following features: 1) Double-tapping near the top of the screen rotates the panel through three modes: a) Normal, b) Keyboard, c) Off 2) Addition of an icon in the panel which brings up the key configuration menu. As usua...

Wow, I didn't believe there were devices with screen sizes other than 176x220, 240x320 & 480x640. Landscape mode should look exacly like you're describing, so it's *almost* a non-issue. It's hard to prepare fast/optimized screen resizing filters for arbitrary screen resolutions, so Arisme's doin...

Hi Frank,

It is not my intention to fork from the current sources and create a seperate, tweaked scummvm. I'll write some proper code and try to get it integrated into the main source tree (with Arisme's and Eugene's permission of course).

Sorry, the device OS is a bit old. The 0.7.1 version was built IIRC for these devices so you should try that one (you won't have gobliiins emulation of course...).

OK so if I get it straight, it would be cool if we had in the icon bar:

1) An "onscreen keyboard" display/hide icon
2) A "bind keys" menu icon

I can try to work something out on this.

While on the subject, it seems that the executable is just fine from the dll dependency/binary perspective, but it's not executable on the 2002 subsystem. It might be that MS changed something in the executable header (a magic?) produced when building for mobile 5. It could be that changing a few by...

Well, I was frustrated myself with scummvm not running on my 2002 device. So I've rolled my own: http://users.uoa.gr/~knakos/scummvm_PPC2002_2005_12_04.zip Best, Kostas PS. It wasn't until scummvm came out with this problem that it was pinpointed (by me at least). It's hard for the developers to own...
