Yes it's running. It's creating loads of tempfiles. One at a time obviously. Also I can see the .SO3 file in Explorer slowly getting bigger. It just gets to a point where I get the errors. Followed finally with 'Press any key to continue' Seems very srange. Before Xmas I compressed some Scumm .buns ...

[ Universal Extractor, like Red Tit mentioned, handles all of these setups and more. I've often thought about changing the alias but I use it so much. When I'd just started school about 35 years ago the/my name Robin was rare. Here in the UK, back then anyway, kids (I was 5 at the time) called the ...

That's a point Nick. I only realised after posting how stupid my post sounded. How would I start something for taking screensnaps once the Wii has crashed? Doh! I've encoded a Flac version but haven't tried it yet. I'm having problems with MP3 though. I even tried compressing Touche with all 3 codec...

Indeed CoMI's working well with r35811. Much better than dhewg's last build. ScummVM on SD card and the game on USB stick. But Bud Tucker. ScummVM recognizes the game. The normal version still gives me a black screen though which eventually I just have to power off at the mains. Glad I'm in the UK a...

I wasn't too sure if it would work so I just experimented and it does. Might help you a bit.
So I just right-clicked the ScummVM installer and you get a few options like "Uniextract here".

Well I have no idea how the ini ended up in the Windows folder with a ScummVM folder but no ini being generated in my Application data. By the way I've always had "show extensions" turned on. So I thought I'd try 12 Jan. I uninstalled 11 Jan and after I went to delete the empty ScummVM folder from A...

I've only ever heard bad stuff about that card. I don't know if it was a freebie but I believe it's a poor choice if you're buying. You don't say if the saves themselves were made with the R4DS SDHC or they were made on another card and copied over. That won't help me solve your problem but it might...

I'm getting the same. I noticed it just before I hit the sack yesterday/earlier. Yesterday I done some general house keeping on my PC. Uninstalled a whole bunch of stuff, Registry clean, Defrag etc as well as deleting the .ini as it's what I usually do when tidying up the PC. After I downloaded the ...

The ScummVM release you tried is the most recent Stable release. The 2 Scumm games you tried do work well with it. Prince of Persia is not supported by ScummVM. When you tried to "Add Game" you should of got a "Game not recognized". If you try a recent 0.13, there are a couple in this forum, apparen...

Just wanted to post a few findings. Might be of interset to Dhewg. Forgive me if it's something you're aware of and has already been mentioned. I've been trying a couple of games. I Have No Mouth and Bud Tucker with the stable 0.12 and this new 0.13 with a Kingston 2GB SD card. IHNM (Compressed and ...

I'm new to ScummVM on the DS. I don't know what that's about in the readme but the game isn't listed among the playable games list on agentq's web page.

Only game I'm having trouble with for both the 22nd and 24th builds is Bud Tucker. I've used the origimal wav files that come with it. I've also used "compress_tucker_exe" to encode a Flac version and an Ogg version. I'm leaving it a few minutes to load (as I was finding "IHNM" took about 5-10 secon...

I use Goldwave to encode for ScummVM DS. I don't know about Audacity but with GoldWave it's a simple highlight file, then "File, Save As" and then you open up the drop-down box and the wav format needed is one of many.
