Re: Testing Blade Runner with ScummVM

You're asking us to time travel. No, we cannot come back to 2017 and add Blade Runner there :)

The better way would be to get 2.1.1 or your Raspberry Pi. You could try, for instance, snap packages from our website in the downloads section.

Re: Download page mentions and links to 2.1.1 instead of 2.1.2

Because as it is explained on the same page, 2.1.2 is Windows and Mac only, the majority of ports stay at 2.1.1.

Re: Pajama Sam 2 RUS - No speach

This is a known limitation, perhaps we'd better issue a warning and refuse to run.

They put all the indexes into that file Lokalizator.big and that is processed by Lokalizator.dll which was not reversed. Nothing could be done until somebody cracks those 150kb of code.

Re: Limited port to Atari ST, 8Mhz

Hi Anders, That is great to hear from you. I tried to contact you in the past, so I am glad you're here now, so I have your e-mail. I would love to give you a helping hand with modifying out build infrastructure, so you could build straight from our source code and we could make your port official. ...

Most probably those are untranslated strings. The current level of translation to Hebrew is 81%: https://translations.scummvm.org/projec ... cummvm/he/

Re: Feature Request - Data compression

As for not supporting zip files because of piracy, that makes no sense to me. Pirates can distribute a game as a zip file whether ScummVM needs a game to be extracted or loaded directly as a zip file. I'm not sure how refusing to add such a feature impacts piracy in any way. You are free to fork Sc...

Re: Foxtail

Undertale is definitely in scope.

I would not recommend pursuing approach #3 e.g. implementation through looking at the game scripts, this is very error-prone.

Re: displaying audio files as they play?

Why do you need it? It is pretty straightforward to do, but all the sounds are sit in a monster.sou file anyway, so the max you can get is the sound id.

Re: Dreamweb animations seems slower on newer builds

I wonder, it got slower in comparison with earlier version of ScummVM or is actually slower than the original? (youtube let's play videos could be a reference, or try a dosbox).
