The Amiga version is already supported by ScummVM, make sure the following data files are located in the...

That was a known issue and I just added fix to ScummVM SVN. So the problem will be fixed in the next daily snapshot of ScummVM.

The Feeble Files should be quite playable now, I would be interested to know how far people can go. Saved games from the original version can be used, as long as they are renamed to feeble.00x (Where x is the slot). How to make this dxa format? which encoder should we use under windows? There is cur...

Could you add support for reencoded cutscenes as you did in broken sword? I know that you're not allowed to supply reencoded cutscenes but you could supply us a method to tell us how to do it (i think that a guide was written to do this with broken sword) Any re-encoded cutscenes would be too large...

Just use a recent daily snapshot of ScummVM, as support for separate volume controls in Humongous Entertainment games, was added after ScummVM 0.8.2.

The Smacker format of the original video files provided much better video quality, but unfortunataly we are unable to support that format.
The replacement video files used in ScummVM are in MPEG-2 format and based off those Smacker video files.

Use the autosave_period setting of the ScummVM config file, a value of zero will disable auto saving. ie 'autosave_period=0'

The FM-TOWNS versions only include English & Japanese languages, sounds like you are using French fan translations. Check the FAN TRANSLATIONS & PATCHES thread for details on how to add games.

The problem is specific to the disk version of DOTT and was fixed in ScummVM, after the release of 0.8.2. So try using a recent snapshot of ScummVM if possible.

It was not possible to enable subtitles in the English & German versions of the original Simon the Sorcerer 1 (With speech). And subtitles are left disabled under ScummVM, since the data files are missing the majority of the subtitles.

Lechuck wrote: Yeah as stated it's not correct, if you compared the Amiga(AGA) version to PC version the PC didn't look better. Plus I think you used the ECS version of MI2 on the screen, I meant the AGA version.
There was no AGA release of Monkey Island 2, the Amiga version only used 32 colors.

The cinE engine was added to ScummVM, since the project was no longer active and several developers of ScummVM wanted to merge and continue work on the cinE engine.

There are currently no plans to add the cruisE engine to ScummVM, since it is still in active development.

There are currently no plans to add printing support to ScummVM.
In the future we might convert the print output to an image file, to allow printing of output by other programs.
