So I can buy this, play the new version on my iPhone and then extract the classic version with a few clicks (converting the music with QuickTime Pro) and then play my perfectly legal copy of the classic MI using ScummVM? Yay!

If I remember correctly, these run through DOSBox, which means that all original datafiles have to be present and therefore there should be no problem at all in running them with ScummVM

From what I've seen and heard on YouTube and such, I can agree that the voices doesn't sound that spectacular, but I would say that it's more the mixing and timing of the lines rather than Dom's acting that gives me that feeling. This was a very low-budget project, that much is clear. However, claim...

DOTT mac version is now completable with build 42635 on MacOSX 10.5. Bug #2820957 seems to be fixed at least as far as that game is concerned.

I suppose this will not be officially supported for the same reasons as why ScummVM will not support the other steam versions?

Tried DoTT, the mac cd version, using ScummVM 1.0.0svn42433 on MacOSX 10.5. The game crashed just as the epilogue was about to start with "ERROR: (90:200:0x6821): Cannot read resource!". Definitely a bad game data. Recopy from your CD. Eugene I am not so sure. I just got a very similar issue with S...

Will do.

Just realized that what ScummVM does is reading 640*200 monochrome as 320*200 4 color, sort of a digital version of the analog cross-color effects attempted...

Completely unrelated to the discussion above, I would like to ask a technical question about the AGI engine in ScummVM. I like to imagine how old games looked on different old systems, and the graphics settings in ScummVM is an easy way to do that. However, the render mode setting doesn't seem to wo...

What soundtracks are supported in these releases? I'm guessing adlib only. What was it they said about Indy3 getting some updated sound?

moderatorial: Guys, please, stop discussing how to avoid Steam protection on the games from now . You are putting quite danger on the project by hacking that. chrisis , sorry, but I had to edit out some information from your post. I was only interested in the possibilities of buying some games prop...

In other words, it would be very simple to add these versions to ScumVM? The program should be able to use the .exe instead of the 000 if it just knew at what offset the data is placed?
