SCI is not officially supported yet, so you won't find it in any official version (such as 1.1.0) -- only in the nightly builds.

OK that does make sense. The PSP is limited memory wise, but I'll also look into whether too much memory is being allocated by MI3. I also took a quick peek at the PSPeText source code and couldn't find something that would cause the crash unless it has some bug. You can open a feature request item ...

marulio, the new ScummVM tools don't use compress_san.exe etc. Download the version 1.1.0 Tools (not the PSP version of ScummVM, but the Tools package - scroll down the screen from the 1.1.0 release to find them). After installing them, you should then be able to run scummvm-tools and do whatever co...

Hey batanen I have a question: when you got this error screen, did you play another game before and then return to the launcher (using the right trigger and start) and then start MI3 or did you just start up ScummVM and choose monkey island 3 right away? Here's why I'm asking: I know that the curren...

One step at a time.

Can you get ScummVm itself to run? It won't work in the 150 folder -- it needs to be in the GAME or GAME4XX or similar folder.

Also, which version of ScummVm are you trying to run? The Subversion build works slightly differently than 1.0.0.

Not sure why it happens yet, but as a current workaround, disable the modern scummvm theme (you can rename scummmodern.zip scummmodern.zip_ or just delete it). For some reason that enables the load dialog to see the savefiles (also notice that the first video only shows when the modern theme is disa...

OK you guys are right. I must have imagined it working properly, because it clearly isn't. I'll check it out.

I also have fond memories of KQ5, and even better ones of KQ6 :) You're actually playing a better version on the PSP than you had back in the day on the Amiga 500, with more colors. Enjoy!

Shephard, I tested the game and it seems to save and load fine. Could you please state the PSP model you're using and also try again with the latest Scummvm Subversion build?

The games should be exactly the same as for the PC version. You can put them anywhere on the memory stick. You just have to go to their location using the "Add Game..." dialog.

Can you get Scummvm itself running?

You can try the alternate menu: hold down the right trigger and press start. If there's no save option there, it's an engine issue and you can ask in the main forum.

OK I limited the motion of the keyboard onscreen. Sorry it took so long to get to it.

Also, I'm glad to hear Feeble is working again... I don't know where I placed that other memory stick to test it with :)

Be sure to leave feedback about the new d-pad arrow functionality!

Yeah this is an AGI engine issue. The buttons in the save/load dialog can't be clicked. You have to use enter to save or escape to exit the menu.

Keypad controls are here

Hey guys, just to let you know that I've finally gotten around to adding the keypad controls to the D-Pad. This means SCI0 and AGI games are perfectly playable, as is the fighting in Indy3 and Indy4. Also, you can choose your game in the GUI using up and down. Don't forget that triangle is enter (ex...
