Testing is already over? But there are still several games not tested, at least it looks that way in the wiki.
Well, you've got to know when ScummVM is ready for the next stable release, so I just wait for 0.10.0 patiently.

Or maybe, is this Abandonware, where can I download ? :D At the time of writing, the only freely available games for ScummVM are Beneath a Steel Sky and Flight of the Amazon Queen . I think saulob was reffering to "real life(tm)" when speaking about abandonware and not Woodruff. :) If only real lif...

Maybe if the FreeSCI team was allowed to use the ScummVM menu GUI code for themselves, it would be an improvement to start the SCI games within FreeSCI. Or perhaps someone who has still contact to the FreeSCI team could ask them politely if they wanted to join the ScummVM team . Or is it possible th...

From Broken Sword 1:

[When George tries to leave the explosion scene, Seargent Moue comes and draws his gun]
Moue: Freeze! Hold it right there!
George: Woah - don't shoot! I'm innocent! I'm an American!
Moue: Can't make up your mind, huh?

Maybe it would also be very nice to add the other function keys up to F10 because, as I mentioned earlier, some AGI games need those keys (especially F4, F6, F8 and F10; maybe F3 key wouldn't be bad to add, so rephrasing gets a lot easier on the Pocket PC.) Maybe not all F-keys have to be added, jus...

What about df? He was, as he states an "old sarien codemonkey", and he joined ScummVM when AGI was supported. So at least one former Sarien developer joined. :)

Tested Zak McKracken German v2 DOS version on WinXP using Daily Build from May 31st 2007. Runs perfectly except some minor bugs(?): - Zak turns to the right in the intro after receiving seattle ticket instead of facing front. - When Zak is chased by the hat and the noseglasses in the intro, they don...

Yay, finally a new Big Testing Season(TM)!! :D :P I'll try to test some games next week or the week after that. Hmmm, I wonder if a new Pocket PC build could be made for testing reasons, so I can be sure that all my ScummVM games do really work for me on my Pocket PC. If not, then I test my games on...

But even in the predictive dialog I can't see any virtual F3,6,8,10 keys. Can you elaborate on which games they're used, what are they for etc? The F3 key is used in almost every AGI for repeating the last typed in phrase. The other keys F4,F6,F8 and F10 are used e.g. in LSL1 for changing the bet a...

I tested this new release a bit and I must say: I'm impresed. Everything, even those memory-hungry games like Full Throttle run alot faster on my PDA. I also tested some AGI games. They un pretty well, it's a bit complicated to type in the words, but so far it's OK. But what about the F6, F8 and F10...

I've tried both Broken Sword games with reencoded DXA videos on my Pocket PC and I must say it works great! The videos do run faster now than the old videos of the download site did. Before , the audio ran always faster the the video itself. Now audio and video are in sync, with a let's say max. gap...

There's also a German wesite where you can download Savegames for ScummVM games: http://www.tentakelvilla.de/download/savegames.html

But it says those work only for German game versions.

Ah, but it's unfortunately extremly unlikely that Revolution will find the Discworld source code on one of their backup tapes... So what you're saying is that the chances are still much better if we ask Revolution than if we keep waiting for the guy who promised to send it? Hmm, come to think...

Well, it's a great improvement to have nearly all of the source code, anyway. It's better than just RE the whole game step by step, so you're actually saving time, dreammaster.
I hope this accelerates your work on it a little bit, but take your time. I can wait like all the other SummVM users.

I was lucky enough to recently get an almost complete copy of the original source code Huh, I thought Revolution Software couldn't find their original source code? Where did you get it? :? Anyway, your progress on Lure sounds fantastic. I can't wait to so when it's completable within ScummVM. Then ...
