I don't think Fraps works on ScummVM, I tried...

The only program that worked for me was Camtasia Studio (using Camtasia Recorder).

There are programs like this one (I know that HyperCam 2 you can choose it) that you can hide the mouse cursor on it. On Camtasia you can't.
