CD audio tracks on WinCE

Anyone here played through any games that have CD audio tracks? I'm playing through gob2 atm, and the "audio CD" seeks seem to be really slow: 3-5 seconds each time. Yup, I get the same issue (on my WM5 device) and yet (e.g.) S&M works fine with 2xSAI. You should file a bug report:

All I know is that I just played FOTAQ from start to finish over the course of a few weeks on WinCE with no issues... but not that device of course.

Hmmm... looks (to an untrained eye) like your download might have been corrupt. Did you try getting it again?

And there's a Spanish version of Lure of the Temptress too, also free.

I guess if you're thinking something with really basic vocab to begin with, you could look into some of the Humungous Entertainment games... anyone know if there are Spanish versions?

Just shows how often I've tried to install it natively (i.e. never)!

Here you go (goodness knows what they're for...)

I'm not aware of it being available on-line. I found a copy on an old magazine cover disc a while back. For as long as it works, I've uploaded it here: http://download.yousendit.com/179AE91668A44BAE But as Kirben says, there's little point in it being hosted permanently, as the data files are identi...

Have you tried running the games on a desktop computer to make sure that your data files are not corrupt? If you get the same crash there, try copying from the original media again.

Yup, that's the one. Also has a hint book in the box, but as I say, I got it from a car boot sale so they probably just chucked that in because they had no use for it.

Having now got home and had a look, mine has a colour front inlay, but just a single sheet of paper, along with the b&w manual.

I picked up StS 1 DOS CD at a boot sale, with the b&w manual, and it has a jewel case back inlay (in colour, no less). Just to complete your knowledge ;-)

eriktorbjorn, are you confusing Scotland with Ireland? Scotland is the very end of the game after the train journey, Ireland is the place with the goat in the castle. Point taken about boot params. I've never actually used them myself, but they seem like a really good idea. Up until the time you rea...

I don't have one, but you could try boot params:
