The engine has been uploaded to jvprat's repository here, but not updated since the fist commit (16 may).

Apart from being difficult in the technical sense, there are other problem... As you may know, the Loom CD version for PC was dubbed but the dialogues where a lot stripped. They thinked that there wasn't space left available on the CD so they reduced dialogues and eliminated content like the faces o...

Short answer: You don't need DOS or practising voodoo for playing DOTT (Maniac Mansion 2: Day of the Tentacle), just use ScummVM , you can get it in the download section . As you use Microsoft Windows system, find the Windows Installer in that page. Long answer (and maybe boring): Go to the main pag...

Terminal Boredom: first third party game using SCUMM?

I did read a game named "Terminal Boredom" for Apple II used an unofficial clone of the engine. I'm not sure what this mean, but I'm curious if this game uses the same engine or an extremelly similar one. There are unofficial clones of the engine, such as a BASIC/6502 assembly clone for the Apple II...

Any news about this? What about Riven-X and that possible merge? What's that "ill" engine? I can do stupid jokes about the name, but I'm now too tired for that ;) What about a future blog explaining about the progress of those and other WIP engines and merged into the upcoming "Planet ScummVM" famil...

The engine is 3D so probably won't fit into FreeSCI or ScummVM. I think that maybe someday in the future it will be into a project like Residual. Read this article, it's quite interesting and explains the development of the game: http://www.drizzle.com/~scottb/publish/gk3_postmortem_draft.htm http:/...

I just have curiosity if the SAGA engine was used in those games and if has enough things in common to the one used in games like IHNM and ITE or too much hard coded ...
