Betrayal in Antara is a SCI3 game?

I'm not sure. It isn't in the wiki as such.

Do we need to wait until after a disassembler to SCI is created before this is considered then?

Sierra games don't allow speech and text at the same time.

Is this going to be altered, considering that the sierra options screen is much more a part of the game than lucasarts and that it's setable there, yet there isn't a text+speech option? I've noticed that in some lucasarts games that the scummvm option screen replaced the original, is this the plan w...

Well, always thought that in linux the "documentation" IS the man page. That i did read immediately (even before). The willful is a snipe at what i was thinking you were referencing with the comment - the average user - knowledge that there are hidden graphical options that are more useful at the fi...

Yeah? If this forum had a poll option i'd make a poll consisting of this question:
Did you know scummvm launcher had a mass add feature before coming to these forums?
1)Yes
2)No
3)What mass add?

Just to get some empirical data to see who is being willful.

I'm ranting but: Imagine you've never heard of scummvm before, learned of this program to play your old adventures on modern systems. Downloaded, installed and it seems pretty obvious, you start using it immediately. You loose a little time adding the games one by one, but, hey, no VISIBLE alternati...

I'm a 90's child. Reading the readme is asking too much, and a modifier key without any indication (in fact a modifier key at all) is a accessibility problem.

Bet that there are lots of people that don't even know you can do that.

I'm not seeing it in the man page, and the launcher only allows to choose a dir where the game is.

The only thing remotely similar in the man page is:
-p path
Path to where the game is installed.

And that is not recursive

I got the source, but it's skipping engines, and that is what i wanted to check - is it the missing libraries? If so how do i get them: (i found out about checkinstall) Running ScummVM configure... Looking for C++ compiler... g++ Checking for compiler version... 4.4.3, ok Checking endianness... litt...

Any ubuntu repository of svn builds?

I'm lazy, internet quota challenged, and like un-installing things later.

What i would like to run natively in dos is betrayal in antara.

Who would have thought that those windows 95 games would be more of a pain to get to work ok than the dos versions.
