Is it only on windows phone 10? I read that Lybra is working on 8.1 and some people who've downloaded it from the store but I'm not finding it (Lumia 830 on w8.1)...?

when u press the function key, a little F appears at the top of the screen... it switched from yellow to red or vice-versa... I wonder if its got something to do with that to use the Fx keys...
