That batchfile uses powerpc-gekko-objcopy(.exe) to convert to dol.

A while ago (2 or 3 DKPPC releases ago) that changed to using the included elf2dol (devkitPPC/bin/elf2dol).

Use elf2dol and you will get a valid dol.

I'm too busy lately to even have thought about my Wii. All my builds were built against the very latest libogc/libfat of that time (dhewg's git). After next wednesday I will have more spare time again to try. What I could do is make a large series of builds (latest scummvm checkout), all built again...

Could you guys please tell me exaxtly which builds had good USB performance and which had poor performance?

And is it only USB performance, or is SD performance bad too?

I don't have much time at all to test myself, but will look into it after the weekend.

Well, there have been some libfat changes. I'll check it out tonight for myself.

Does the previous build have the same problem? And which compression did you use?

Try scummvm-wii-0.14.0svn_r41364.7z, with the latest libfat. I will try it myself tonight.)

Actually the very latest 0.13 build is the best build to use for COMI in my opinion.
It has all the features AND very good performance.

Hm, for me compressed COMI runs absolutely smooth even with 0.13.1. :-) Btw. in this version libfat fixed? I talk about that very ugly "libfat corrupts the SD card" issues that raised couple of days ago. :-( That bug was fixed. And with fixed I mean that noone has encountered the SD card ...

scummvm-wii-0.14.0svn_r41094.7z
- Used the new libfat which gives a large performance boost, really noticable in COMI.

I use ogg for all audio compression, works better than mp3 in most cases.

I suppose it's possible to map those to the nunchuck.
If I have some spare time I may to so in the future, but time isn't something I have a lot of right now.

Buildbot builds should include USB and vkeybd support. Dhewg set it up, so the buildbot builds should contain exactly the same as his official builds.

Anyway, I made a new build for those interested in it. Nothing major, except ScummVM progress ofcourse.

Sounds like a "normal" audio hickup to me. Happens to me too. Discworld 2 is not compressed (yet?) and quite large. Audio data isn't loaded fast enough, resulting in a hickup.

These files are used for DW2 detection (english version): dw2.scn - 103593 bytes english1.smp So, have you renamed the files correctly, as said here: http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Datafiles#Discworld_2:_Missing_Presumed_....21.3F [edit] I just read that that exact same version works on your PC v...

Actually not all games support the features in the GMM (saving, loading) so the original F5 menu is needed.

The keybindings are hardcoded atm, and I have no idea if the keymapper will be further developed in ScummVM.
I can change them in my builds if there's a lot of demand for it ofc.
