(for reference: there used to be a rather critical post by me here, the discussion has since moved on to the development mailing list since the forum is not the proper place for discussing it)

Well, I only posted a link to the screenshot/boxart-section of the game. To download on that (rather crappy) site you'd have to register there, then earn lots of points in order to download. So I don't think I supplied a potential direct download. But I'll remove it again and upload new pictures. S...

Uhm - that site also has the games for download?!
You might have inadvertently violated forum rule #0.

Yes. ./configure has it disabled by default, and the announcement doesn't mention it either.

What does ScummVM try to do to need these privileges? I don't have Vista, but it seems odd to me that the OS doesn't allow a game interpreter.

Also Westwood Studios didn't just disappear into a puff of nothing. EA owns all the assets (just like with the Kyrandia games), as you pointed out yourself. Abandonware is not a proper concept (some day I might change my forum signature into that, sigh) No they won't let anyone look at the source (S...

Very often on the PC only the intro would play as well (older Windows issues I think). Maybe that would have something to do with it, I dont know. No; ScummVM simply doesn't know what to do with the game. The intro works because there are similarities to the Kyrandia games, but the main game engine...

It might be a dumb question, but would this game ever work on ScummDS? Or just a regular port like what was done with QuakeDS? I still have the original on CD(with voice) AND diskette(without voice) and I think it would be an amazing game on the DS. Perfect interface to use with the stylus I think....
