Just catching up with this thread now. Thank you so much for continuing support for SCUMMVM for PowerPC Mac OS X Tiger and up!

Re: PPC version

I'd also like to chip in and say I'd be very grateful for continued support for PowerPC for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger). Especially as v2.5.1 has many new great additions and bug fixes. I'm wondering whether the improved GUI might have been too much to support for PPC since we haven't seen any releases fo...

Version 2.1.0 for Mac OS X PowerPC Seems Corrupted

Hi all, I thought I'd get SCUMMVM running on a graphite G3 iMac so I could get some Living Books and Sierra titles up and running for the kids and myself. Unfortunately, the current download for for v2.1.0 for PowerPC Macs (using Mac OS X 10.4 and up) seems corrupted, or at least, not working. Getti...

Especially because this one definitely did not use the original sierra development utilities at all. If sierra would have wanted to really "just" be 16 colors, then they wouldnt have done such a hassle. Sierra wanted definitely to be able to offer more than 16 colors. And even the dithered...

Given that there's a lot more work to do on SCI1 games and newer, Will SCUMMVM v0.14.0 include support for all the older SCI0 games?

The news of FreeSCI merging with SCUMMVM makes me incredibly happy! I know that's a repeated sentiment, but sometimes those involved can never be heaped with enough praise! Thank you to all involved - you're all worthy of being labelled genius!

It's certainly possible to compile FreeSCI for a PowerMac, just somebody has to do it. So, no need to wait for a very hypothetical FreeSCI-ScummVM merger to try it on your PowerMac. If anybody with enough savvy skills can compile programs using XCode, they may be able to do so with the downloadable...

SCI in SCUMMVM

I'm hoping SCI will appear in SCUMMVM, because the new version of FreeSCI built for OS X seems to work only for Intel Macs running Leopard. The developer of FreeSCI no longer has access to testing to a PPC based Mac. I don't wish to upgrade my antiquated Dual G5 just to play 20 year old Sierra adven...
