Glad it worked , but I assumed your tv was full-hd. Quite some trickery needed to get it sorted.
Wouldn't it be easier to output in your tv's native format , probably 1366x768?

Disable overscan on the tv (somewhere in the menu) , and set the aspect ratio (on the remote) to 'just'. This should hopefully fix your issues.

Remove the scummvm.ini located in C:\Documents and Settings\YourUsername\Application Data\ScummVM\
Fire up ScummVM again and see what happens.

What you need is a flatpanel connected with a dvi cable.In my nvidia control panel I can turn off digital flat panel scaling. What I end up with is a centered scummvm screen with the rest of the screen black. Guess that this is what your after?
