Anyone interested in playing through the Waxworks again? we could still use feedback on whether the game can be completed without bugs.

The PC version should be completable, since the save game issue was resolved, and progress is saved correctly.

Sounds like the Selectware Classic Collection CD, which stores game data in custom archive format.

You need to start the games via the CD, then copy the data files, after they are temporary copied to your hard disk.

The console window can no longer be disabled during compilation.

Use the --no-console command line option, to disable the console window under Windows.

This isn't a bug, and occurs in the original games too. The game scripts actually limit the item locations, until the game has been completed. For Pajama Sam 1, the flashlight changes location after the game has been completed 1 time, and the mask changes location after the game has been completed 3...

Try using GCC version 4.2.1 under MinGW, which is used for Windows snapshots. The later GCC versions for MinGW are buggy, and not recommended.
