Yeah. You're right. New adventures of Zak and Time & Space. Bs 2.5. Maniac Mansion, infact the whole Maniac Mansion universe fan games... forget what it's called. A Moment of Silence and Overclocked were german made from House of Tales. It seems Germans are very devoted to adventure games. Excus...

My favorite non-free games are: The Moment of Silence is my favorite. Great Story line. I just couldn't stop playing it until I I was finished. Dreamfall is a close second. Scratches, The Deleware St. John series, Blackwell Legacy and Unbound, Overclocked, Still Life, and lastly the Sam and Max seri...

You seem to collect a lot of games for them too. That's quite a collection you have of games, and pictures of you with them.

I've used win32,linux, BeOs, palm os, palm-os zodiac, zod-scumm (unofficial port for zodiac).
I'd like to know who is using os/2, amiga, atari st, or a sparc processor to play their games.

You are definitely right. I remember one of their big games they published, was still being sold by its designer. I think I was thinking of Goldrush, or California Gold Rush http://www.softwarefarm.com/gr_home.htm as its called now. That's quite a large confusion... sorry. Also, I also just realized...

What about a linux with wine virtual machine for vmware player on mac. They have preconfigured virtual machines available for free, as is the player. As for lawsuits, this is one of the franchises that wasn't owned by Sierra. The Coles were contracted for the games and own the rights to it; thats wh...

Well, most of what I've played with turned out better. With dithering and filtering, there's always going to be moments where it comes out wrong since it's mostly blending, scaling, and guessing. Plus in freesci, each game is allowed individual settings which helps. However, I didnt realize there wa...

In response to playing the games on dosbox..
Freesci does a really nice job with its dithering and filtering. Play kq1-sci on dosbox then on freesci. It almost looks like vga on freesci. Dosbox supports graphical filters, but it never looks as nice as it does in freesci.

I only used the palm demo version and the cut scenes were just slideshows. It might have been different in the full version or on the GBA, but I never got ahold of either. The controls were nice though. You could select each object by hitting the direction button so there was no pixel hunting at all...

Broken Sword was done nicely for PDAs and gba. It looked completely recoded though, so it wasnt a simple port. So, it has been tried recently. (not by LA though) I have no idea how well it sold though. Probably not well since BS2 never appeared. I did d/l the demo for my zodiac and it looked and pla...
