What a weird suggestion. I don't see ScummVM supporting Japanese digital comics anytime soon. What do you mean? They seems to me click'n point adventure games, just different genre because being japanese? What do you mean exactly with "Japanese digital comics"? Policenauts, well... You ca...

I don't know about development stuff, sorry. I was thinked about being abandoned because some friends said me the port needed a lot improving and I was probing it, and seems that. I mean the slowdowns in most games, the lack of synchronization in speech, the incompatibility with some games, disc swa...

Any news of a Dreamcast' ScummVM port using latest dev...?

Hello, recently a friend gave me a Dreamcast and I'm buying in ebay and second hand shops his best games. I was seen the nice homebrew this system has, ScummVM looks really nice on my non-HDTV tv screen but I'm a bit disappointed with the ScummVM port: It's ok but Dreamcast can do A LOT more. I thin...

Those Coktel Vision's games uses the same engine?

I was seen those Coktel Vision's games in mobygames, it could be interesting someday to know if they are using the same engine as the Gobliiins, if yes, maybe start donating them to ScummVM could be interesting too ;): Asterix and the Magic Carpet 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea Peter Pan Asterix: Oper...

What about more documented (and same quality or better) source code and public documents for helping new developers to doing stuff for ScummVM? Instead writing it for each one, doing a very well done thing for all ones, and interested ones will start it instead being curious...

Top (put a number here) (2D?) Adventure Games of All-Time

Hello, I was seen a fes Top lists of adventure games, most of them has very great games on it, but I think they miss a lot of the unknown ones (and some of them better than others hyped all time). My idea is people saying on this forum thread their prefered adventure games they know and player at 10...

Supporting more games could be really nicely, it could be very good if ScummVM Team consider it, specially if based on a known engine.

About game genre, there are a few games like 'Full Throttle' that aren't pure click'n point graphic adventure games, so it's a matter for the ScummVM Team...

Nice news, I hope those guys develop a good adventure, but I'm afraid because of this: The game is already in development with a target release in late 2006 (Q3). It will be a 3D adventure with P&C controls. The story continues where Simon 3D left of. Mike Woodroffe will do consulting on Simon 4...

Penguin Software / Polarware graphic adventure games

Hello, Anyone know Penguin Software/Polarware games? I was discovered them thanks to a listing error in mobygames (I was completing the Dynamix 's wikipedia entry adding the entire list of games), and then adding the links to the games, found a game of Transylvania series not appearing on the list, ...

I very much doubt they're cleaning the code up. I've requested they just send it to us as-is to speed up the process.
