Howdy folks. Seasoned engineer who's not touched iOS development in many years here. If there's been no headway on 1.8.0, has anyone stumbled onto how to resign IPAs using a non-developer Apple ID, as apparently XCode 7 is able to do? Would love to get this (and RetroArch...) rolling, but hesitant t...

Has anyone tried this on an ICS device yet? I threw ICS (CyanogenMod 9) on my HP Touchpad for kicks, and wanted to see how the Android port compared. Installed the nightly APK, extracted the lib____.so files manually as described a few posts back, pointed my plugin path to it, and still no joy. Migh...

Re: No HQ2x/HQ3x filters?

First of all: thx for this great port and putting it in the App Catalog, loving it! Then a question out of curiousity, is there a reason why there aren't the two HQ-filters available in the graphics-options? urlauber Yep -- I tested them, and they made the games skip and crawl on the Touchpad. Rath...

The Android SDK is Java, the NDK is C/C++. The Android app structure is modular so that you can use both in the same program. As such, there's a very (very) small part of ScummVM for Android that is Java, but the rest is the same C++ backed by the NDK.

You can do that with a terminal window and any basic text editor. Get that rolling first, then move to whatever you prefer using for development.

Hi leira, your issue can be solved (as noted a few posts above yours) by connecting the TouchPad to your computer via USB, then deleting the ScummVM/scummvmrc file. You have some old settings in there limiting the controllable space :)

Hi Strell, thanks for the kind words! There's no way to make double-tap trigger a right-click, for a very important reason: the first tap would trigger a left-click, which would perform some action before the right-click registered. Eep! The second-finger tap is more versatile than most people assum...

in kq6, on the crown castle entrance screen with the two guards, try following the path to the left. I had no issues there using touchpad mode on the current build... Is there anywhere else you're seeing it? Edit: I haven't had a chance to test it with this off yet, but note that I keep aspect rati...

One thing I noticed in Space Quest 4 that I can't actually go east or west (the screen to the right or left) in the game - if you try to walk off the screen, it just doesn't trigger. Im having the same issue with not being able to exit screens on the left or right side. I have noticed it with sq4, ...

I enabled the Mohawk games. Riven appears to be playing great, but my copy of the Myst Masterpiece Edition for Windows has audio without video. Again, this is an unsupported game so I'm not sure what it's normally capable of, but either this is incomplete or there's a library I'm missing. I haven't ...

Ok, compiled my updated, performance-improved port, and added in the latest from the ScummVM official repo as well as the latest patch from the MI1/MI2 talkie team. Note that I have NOT tested the MI talkie functionality, as I haven't mashed together the appropriate files to make my talkie versions ...

Excellent suggestions :). Does Escape not skip dialogs for you, though? I don't think I've found anything thus far that it won't pass. If that goes in, though, I'm hesitant to make it a one-finger gesture because of all the complaints there were about those before. The menu and keyboard were both on...
