Hmm, could you give a listing of all the files in your Future Wars CD? Also md5sums would be nice (Of the first 5000 bytes of each file and of the whole files). You can get a program that calculates md5sums from http://md5deep.sourceforge.net/ (It should work under Mac OS X too) and get the output b...

Looks like that version is using some new opcodes that aren't used in any of the Future Wars or Operation Stealth versions I've seen. My guess is that they handle the CD audio related stuff but that's only a guess. Please, if you could run the game using the following command line (You may have to g...

Could you please try using pcx2pal on some of the files you've got and see if some file always gives you 8 ...

Yes, but IIRC there's no way to specify that the game
uses AGI Mouse using a WAG file (Not 100% sure though,
if someone knows of a way, please do tell).

Also what did you use to test your games as I don't know of any AGI-interpreter that supports AGIPAL-files with more than 6 bits per color component? It may be my memory, but did not original AGIPAL hack just performed x & 0x3f on each color component without any checks? The disassembly could b...

You can ignore the warning. It shouldn't harm gameplay. Well, not necessarily always true but very probably so. Palette changing could make a difference with gameplay too. But yeah, I'm just being nitpicky here (Must be my math-oriented side of the brain wanting to take on control :)). On the whole...
