I just ordered an HP TouchPad in the firesale and I'm just wondering how ScummVM runs on it? Does it support the TouchPad?

Hi folks, I just bought Simon the Sorcerer on the iPhone App Store and noticed that it says in the description that it uses ScummVM. It's a pretty good port, but I'm pretty sure I've heard that GPL v2 and v3 are incompatible with the App Store's terms and condition, so should iPhSoft really be using...
