Please, pay your special attention to the following new titles:
  • ...
  • Police Quest: SWAT
  • ...
We would also like you to play through another Sierra game: Police Quest: SWAT.
What did you mean by also when you repeated Police Quest: SWAT?

Re: Broken Discord link to Google Season of Docs 2020

Thanks for the super quick fix! Now that I passed the invite, it states "You must claim and verify your account before you can send messages in this server." Can you remove this limitation too and enable guest access (as I've seen in other Discord servers)? I don't want to register to Discord just t...

Broken Discord link to Google Season of Docs 2020

https://www.scummvm.org/news/20200514/ has a link to Discord that displays "Invite Invalid - This invite may be expired".
Possible reasons are here.

Can you please fix it?

Fixing the "Can't log out from this bug tracker" issue

It seems my non gaming bug reports never get fixed . I understand you might rarher focus all your (free) attention to the games themselves (even though my bugs will indirectly help with games). But I'd like to ask you to at least fix a security issue that prevents logging out the bug tracker from Gi...

Re: What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

I see. In that case, could you rephrase the bug tracker's homepage to reflect that?

Re: What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

In any case, https://bugs.scummvm.org states "try the latest daily build". But which of the two does it refer to? Please rephrase that request.

Re: SCUMMVM for Windows 64 bit

I guess someone listened because as of this week's release of 2.1.0 the 64-bit win version is back after almost a decade (the last time a win 64bit version was up for download mentioned 1.4.0 which was released in 2011)!

Thank you for that!

Re: What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

True, but then you have each debug version next to a stable version, which looks like it's meant for comparison.

Re: What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

I see the logic. In that case maybe you should write there "stable yet not official/fully tested/fully maintained", etc.

What is the meaning of stable versions in the nightly builds?

https://buildbot.scummvm.org/builds.html is supposed to be a page of nightly buids. Alas, it contains 2 links for each OS: "Download latest development build" and "Download latest stable build". Is the "stable build" supposed to be identical to https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/? Because it seems so...

Enhance the wiki's SCI/Debug Modes

https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=SCI/Debug_Modes repeats the statement "the easiest way being SCI DECODER v1.0". I believe that was true years ago. This app is very user unfriendly, looks like a DOS program and as such doesn't even work with the computer mouse. I suggest for the wiki to forg...

Re: SCUMMVM for Windows 64 bit

I know it's an old thread but I have to wonder - while there's no Windows 64-bit version in https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/ there is one at the very bottom of https://buildbot.scummvm.org/builds.html ("Download latest stable build").

How is this possible?

Re: Quest for Glory, with a bit of Hoyle games!

That's awesome news!

How come https://www.scummvm.org/compatibility/ ("This is the compatibility of the current development version") still lists all of these games as "Broken"?
Shouldn't they be changed to "Untested" now?

ScummVM v2.0.0 is out and QFG4 is now officially about the only unsupported SCI game, and specifically the only unsupported SCI2 game. Actually, even SCI3 games are supported now. What's so unique about QFG4's engine?
