Wh1t3b0Y: ScummVM doesn't really need the installer to work. Just get the latest daily build as a zip file, unzip to a folder and then run using the command window there. I would suggest try running it as "scummvm -d 31 -c scummvm.ini" and see what you get ie. use the maximum debug output...
