Finally some good news about MI.

And as a long time Monkey Island fan I am really excited for this... as long as it keeps with the formula of the old games, and keeps Disney's politics out of it.

TTS voice switching to MS Anna

I am using an IVONA2 voice for ScummVM. It play in the menu but when loading Lure of the Temptress it switches back to Microsoft Anna in gameplay.

I am using the 2.5.1 x64 build if that helps.

FPS/Refresh rate issue

Has anyone else noticed that the Wii (and GameCube) port seems to skip every other frame?

All other ports seem to refresh just fine. This can be seen with how comparing the cursor movement on the Wii/GC versions vs. other ports.

Is there any version on the Dreamcast that can run the Curse of Monkey Island? not using the original untouched gamefiles i have completed Curse of Monkey Island on Dreamcast, but you need to compress all the videofiles, and you must disable the background music OR the speech, to not crash in out o...

PS3: USB loading is slow on 2.2.0

I know most people probably would prefer to use the HDD but my PS3 is only 80GB's
and I am trying to save space. I also have a Wii and noticed that USB loading on the Wii
has no speed issues.

Is there an older version that has better USB loading speed?

Thank you for the info. I got it to work (had to update from 2.1.2) but unfortunately for me even though I select an Ivona voice, which works in the menu, it defaults to Anna, the default Windows 7 voice when playing LOTT.

I noticed on one of those links there was a mention of Lure of the Temptress.
Is there a way to enable TTS for it? I see no options other than the accessibility you mentioned.

Was wondering if anyone had thought about adding SAP5 voices support. For those that don't know, it's for a voice synthesizer, or text to speech for Windows. Microsoft Anna is pretty bad though, I would recommend the Ivona voices. It would be neat to have voices in games that didn't originally have ...
