I've installed the UrbanFanatics.com repository/source but when I try to install ScummVM the download fails telling me "404 File not found".
Is this something the ScummVM team can fix?

Update, Nov 14: Works now. :)

Why not rip the cdda tracks to mp3 instead and put them in the game folder and have ScummVM play them as we can with the tracks for Monkey Island 1? Is that already possible, or does ScummVM need new code to do that?

Unfortunately the Joey voices on the DATs are not final and need post-processing (you can download a sample here ). Not to be Mr. Negative here, but it sounds nothing like the voices in the game. Joey's voice in the game used a normal voice with varying pitches only with a "robotic" filte...

New Sam and Max game in the works

For all of you who didn't know already, there's a new Sam and Max game in development. 8)
Just wanted to let you know!

PS: I didn't know if this thread should be here or in The Junkyard, but the fine print under this topic said "General chat related to adventure gaming". ;)

SimSaw: They didn't make fun of you, they just cracked a little joke. The reason being that the statement you made was not fully thought out. To make a copy of a DAT tape, he would need access to a DAT recorder which was what he was looking for to begin with. Hope you see the funny part of the situa...

I'me really looking forward to seeing this project finished. I love BASS and I always felt the speech had too low quality, but the game as a whole was great. Maybe you should update the status in the first post of this thread now that you have a DAT player? ;) It's also great to see a game company w...
