I would recommend that you first read about PSP Homebrew and how to run it on certain Firmwares.

Hi, First make sure that your PSP Firmware supports Homebrew software. Any Version from 1.0-2.71 will do so. Not the PSP is a 333MHz version but the ScummVM Version.
