I have another idea for a solution to this.
Have scumm check and arbitrary location in the program for what card it's running on. This could be set with a simple program you could distribute alog with scummvmds.

Don't knw how doable this is, but just a thought.

It finally works!
M3 SD slim here. Loads games, saves, plays cd music, the works.

I thought this day would never come :D
And i was starting to seriously consider getting a gbamp or something just for this too.

Here's the contents of the zip file i used: http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/5535/monkeyhy3.jpg I actually deleted track 16 because with it the .nds ended up 34 mb, but The music doesn't play anywhere, so that shouldn't be a problem. And as i said, everything (but saving :( worked perfectly in .61...

well i'm not sure, but the same exact files worked for me with music in scummvm ds.

Just like beta 2, my ds lite shuts down when starting a game. Using an m3 sd here. I'll try using the zip method and i'll report back. EDIT: It starts with the zip method, but there's no music. I'm new here, and i was just wondering why saving to the m3 sd was not supported. I KNOW it's partly because of the makers of the card being "stingy", but weirdly enough, there is homebrew that does support writing to it. For example, right now i have nesds on my m3 sd and reading/writing ...
